• place 50 envelopes in each tray. it has 2. print first 50 to top tray 2nd 50 to bottom tray.

• Hello npmerger. The WF-7840 can load ten No.10-sized envelopes in the lower paper cassette and rear paper feed. Unfortunately, the printer would not be able to load 100 envelopes at a time. The best option would be to send a print job with 10 envelopes at a time, reload the envelopes, and repeat. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
