Hi FrostKitty, Yes you can. Be sure to load the 12" x 12" card stock in the rear feed tray of the WF-7840. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

Generally, I'd say you can use 12X12 cardstock in your Epson WF Wide printing machine--but you must keep in mind that cardstock varies in weight and you could reach a point where it would not be able to print the heavier weight stock. (Personally, I haven't yet reached that point, but my card stock is not too much heavier than what might be used for recipes or greeting cards...)
