Hi RoxyElaine, Using the rear feed tray, the WorkForce Pro WF-7840 is rated for 68 lb. paper. This includes double-sided printing. The rating was developed using Epson-brand paper, which is specifically designed for Epson printers, so third-party paper may not feed as well. The ADF can hold 50 11" x 17" sheets at a time.
