“I have replaced the black ink cartridge and it is still NOT printing in black ink, In order for me to print in black ink,I have to use all the colors. I have done all the printer cleaning, etc. for the replaced ink catridge, still does not print black”

Yep your right all colors have to be filled same with all the bigger printers .. there a waste of money .

If you are missing any segments from the colors and you have completed cleanings, then you might be experiencing an issue with the printer.
