Hello Jackie. Ink yields can vary on the WF-7840 depending on the ink cartridge size. Using Standard capacity inks, you can print up to 350 ISO pages in black 300 ISO pages in color. Using XL High-capacity ink cartridges, you can print up to 1,100 ISO pages in black and color. Lastly, using our XXL Extra high-capacity black ink cartridge can yield up to 2,200 ISO pages. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can't have enough $$$ to keep the ink purchased for this machine. I own two older models and never had ink disappear as fast as this one does. Also, once the YELLOW cart is near empty the machine just quits working. I also own 3 HP workforce type printers. They handle paper better, also. The Epson has to be restarted constantly if you don't get the paper tray loaded perfectly or what they call perfectly. You spend 15 minutes trying to tweek the tray to work or feed the paper. Forget anything heavier than 28lb because it just won't handle it. I finally pulled out the HP workhorse that's 4 years old and it just worked like a charm. Needless to say, I wanted an Eco-Tank printer but our budget couldn't manage that right now. Guess they think they will get the $$$ in the ink cart replacements. HaHa. Once burned....
