“My boss uses the WF-2760 Color printer. How is it possible that the color is drained or shows drained when it hasn't been used? Our experience so far, is that when one cartiridge runs out, they ALL have to be replaced or none will work.”

I have this printer and that is not the case with my WF-2760. I just change the color that has run out and have not been required to change any of the other colors that still have ink. Perhaps a tech person at the store can help with that as it is not an issue with my printer.
