QuestionHow many envelopes can it handle at one time (for a mailing)? Can it handle different sizes envelopes? Is it good at feeding them in straight so the addresses are not crooked?

- Answer The height of the paper feed tray is a little over 1". The paper feed tray width can be adjusted from about 3.5" minimum to about 12.5" maximum. The paper feed tray length can be adjusted from about 5" minimum to about 19" maximum. I've only printed one #10 envelope at a time, but the envelope fed correctly and the addresses were straight.

QuestionWill it continue to print in black and white if one of the cartridges are empty

- Answer When any of the ink cartridges are empty, it requires that the cartridge be replaced before printing can continue. Prior to that, there are warnings that one or more of the ink cartridges are low on ink.

- Answer Yes, IF you have a high bandwidth internet connection (10 mb+) with low ping rates. Otherwise, the printer stalls when trying to send out information.

The are stand-alone scanners that large, but all are expensive.
