• No - Word has never been a document format for scanners. This scanner's formats are JPEG, TIFF and PDF, These are the standard scanner formats. If you want a document in MSWord you'll have to buy some type of converter.

• If you are referring to formats available to save a scan, they are BITMAP, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, Multi-TIFF, and Searchable PDF. Word is not a option.
