I have one of these, I have had it for 6 months. It takes a long time for clothes to dry and sometimes I have to hang them up. I was looking on this site for help because my machine has an error reading and wont work anymore. The company does not answer questions. Choose another brand.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you fill the washer full (typical for washing) the clothes don't have much room to tumble and drying will take significantly longer. This is typical for combination machines - stand alone dryers have much larger drums than their washer pairs and are able to dry a full wash load more quickly and with less wrinkling. The combo units work well enough but most people are better off with two dedicated machines if they have space.
