“I have been researching this max 3 and the max 360. I am wondering does the max 3 also pick radar from the rear like the max 360 or just the front? I've not found any definite answer on it. Thanks.”

• MAX 3 only has a forward facing radar receiver. Radar uses radio waves which reflect off of objects. Because of this all radar detectors can alert to radar from behind. The advantages to a detector like MAX 360 are: 1) directional arrows which point towards the radar source, and 2) superior detection of radar being shot from behind you.
