If the Smart Lock E330 with Chime WiFi loses its Wi-Fi connection, remote control is not feasible. However, you can still unlock and lock the door via the Bluetooth functionality using the eufy app, as Bluetooth operates independently of Wi-Fi. This enables you to control the lock remotely when you are within Bluetooth range (up to 70 meters).
