Hi Ron, Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your enquiry. Our Mobile Preparation Kitchen is constructed from cold rolled steel and acacia wood. You can purchase a premium full-length cover to protect it against the elements. The cover is crafted from 500gsm, UV–protected material and features a waterproof lining, this cover will keep your Mobile Preparation Kitchen safe and dry. When it is not in use, we suggest storing it under cover, covered (with a purpose made cover such as our HBPKCOVERL) and out of the weather.
