• The minimum power supply required is 300w and the asus a10 should have a PCI-express x16 slot for the card it should be good.

• I have 8GB of Ram and a 300W power supply and my card does great. Doesn't over heat and does everything I need it to do.

• Yes, I think so. I have a 350 watt power supply and it works fine.
