Is this Graphics card better than a 1070 GTX? null

Short answer, yes it is. Keep in mind, it runs hot

Yes, it is, closer to like 1070ti but with basic RayTracing Definitely a better choice than a 1070, but not so much so that I would upgrade from a 1070 to a 2060.
