Yes, this video card will pair well with your 1300x. Make sure however, that your case (assuming that you have a micro ATX case) that it can fit this card. Use PCPartPicker, to check for any incompatibilites, but other than that, the 1060 would pair very well with your 1300x and will still be able to perform well in later years.

Make sure your case can fit a full size graphics card and the CPU cooler doesn't encroach on the PCI express slot. I would consider getting a smaller card for the smaller form factor, never the less, it will work well. Other thing to consider is enough air circulating in a small form factor setup to keep the card cool. You'll probably be fine though.
