1. 650w is perfectly fine unless you’re running a monster CPU. 2. If you’re building a PC, you should do your own research on what kind of power consumption your hardware requires. A GPU alone will not determine whether you need 550/650/750w so why would they label the box as such when scenario is unique to the consumer.

You will also need 2 8pin vga cables from your power supply EVGA also has a power calculator on their site to help you figure the size power supply you need for you system. You simply enter in your components and it will do the rest.
