There is a warranty, not a guarantee. But I also extended the warranty period through Best Buy just for piece of mind as I intend to use this bike for a long period of time!

Heck no best buy is the worse place ever to buy anything from the installers put it on backwards the right on the left and the left on the right. As a result they also took the caps that were to go over the screws. I attached the photos after I fixed it to show the damages caused and the missing cover for the screws ... absolute idiots and calling them forget about it u may as well be talking to a 6 yr old.

You should contact Best Buy for that answer

we were told if there was a problem and it needed to be tweaked, they would be there to fix any problem

Not that I am aware of. But they thoroughly checked out the operation of bike. Were very professional and said to contact if we had any problems.
