Aaron & Dylan were great!! They called the day before as a reminder They confirmed scheduling & time They put a blanket down to protect my floors & cleaned up all packaging material They made sure the machine was hooked up to the internet, machine was balanced, & answered all my questions. They made sure the product was where I’d like it set up in my home. They discussed with me future purchases that could best benefit my needs (large kitchen appliances & movie theatre stereo system). I’d highly encourage other customers to hire geek squad service to set up large products. It was worth every penny!! Thank you for all your help!!

The installers did an excellent job assembling my ProForm Elliptical Trainer. Having read negative reviews of other’s experiences with missing parts and assembly taking hours, I was very pleased that my equipment was assembled in less than two hours with the correct parts. The installers also assisted the registration and the activation of the IFit program. I am happily using my Elliptical Trainer.

Am so glad I paid the $200 to have Best Buy put my recumbent bike together. It came in a lot of pieces, including small pieces and weighs close to 100 pounds. I did not have anyone to help me and it took an expert about an hour to put together and it rides like a dream. If I would have done it, I don’t think it would be as tight and sturdy.

Overall I’m pleased with the assembly service, but I noticed a few small issues. The pedals were put on backwards and the pivot covers are sliding off on the handle bars. It appears the screws were not put on.

The machine was defected, never got to use it. Assembly team told me everything worked well. However, before I tested it out I notice a few unused bolts were just sitting on the machine. When I got on the machine the handle were completely loose. I immediately notified the assembly team, they told me that the equipment will be getting serviced or replaced. Nether has happened, they scheduled me appointment for someone to come pick up the machine however, they never showed up. In addition I have been calling the customer service but the issue still isn't resolved. One rep had me hold for 45 minutes and transferred me to another rep that hung up on me. Been getting the running around for a month now!!

The distance tracking isn’t working correctly. I tried calling to see what could be done to fix it but have not received a call back. Everything else works well.

I am not happy. The people who came had no association with Best Buy other than being hired by them. They were not knowledgable about the bike or it's components. Where the bike connects to electric cord is loose and wobbly and I'm still waiting to talk to someone about this.

After weeks of use I have found poor wiring installation and wire that has been hidden but damaged by installers. I am very disappointed knowing that they did not install it correctly after paying for a prime service.

Best Buy assembled the bike in their store prior to delivery of the bike which was great so that it didn’t take additional time during delivery of the bike. Inspecting the bike upon delivery i found that the bike had even assembled correctly. Set up of the bike did not go smoothly as the representatives from the Geek squad did not appear to familiar with the requirements of connecting the bike to Bluetooth or WiFi in my home nor sure of which app was needed. Although they did try to complete the initial set up with the bike they appeared to be very unfamiliar with the specific information of the bike. Finally after seeing that they appeared to be struggling with the set up process I just let it go and told them that i would figuRe it out later rather than to take anymore of their time. So overall, I was pleased and happy that I paid the money for it to be assembled by Best Buy staff. However I was not satisfied with the service of the Geek Squad and feel that they did not provide any assistance with setting up the bike or providing assistance with connecting the bike to WiFi or Bluetooth. I would recommend the set up service however i would not recommend paying for the Geek Squad service.

Bike is great. Even with Fast internet I still get the blurry screen every once in awhile. NT needs to increase the processor and RAM to catch up to Peleton if you ask me. Speakers are decent but nothing that wow's me. Install experience was good overall. The install "seemed" knowledgeable and put my bike together but they did say they had some "extra" screws and bolts left over that weren't needed....however... I did double check everything and find they did leave 4 important bolts out and they didn't screw down some of the trim pieces. I tried to put the bolts in but they had the rest of the bolts so tight that I couldn't get them loose in order to line up the bolts they left out. Hopefully if something breaks Best Buy will cover it.

The technicians unpacked the machine as sable a little bit in a hurry. Pedals need to be re-assemble because they installed backwards the first time. The technician argued my comment about the pedals. They positioned the machine in the area I need it however they did not balanced or tested the machine in case there is an uneven base. Now the machine make noises during usage and the machine base move creating more noises and a instability of the machine base. We had schedule a technician visit to review the situation and fix it. Will see???

This product could have and should have been a 4 or 5 star. Why I gave it only 3 stars. I am now on my third machine, The first one was delivered back in August and BB sent over a third party to deliver and install. Total debacle, if I were rating the del. company I would give them a negative 10. Anyway, they failed to tell me that a bolt on the bottom did not align correctly and just left it. So 1 week into using it, the machine started squeaking so loud you could hear it throughout the whole house. And we have it in the basement. We set up for a new one to be delivered and had to wait 1 month for it to be delivered. Guys from the Geek squad delivered this time and a much better experience. Yet when they got it set up, there was an issue with the mechanism that changes the resistance. They managed to get it fixed while on site but I decided to go ahead and get another one ordered. They left this one so I could use it while waiting (yet another month) for the third one. About a week before delivery of the third one, this one started making a rubbing sound. Doing some research it looked like it was a bolt that comes loose and starts rubbing on the fly wheel. Third one got delivered toward the end of October and this one has been in use for about three weeks. So far so good, no issues. This machine gives a phenomenal workout and will really push you to your limit. It's to bad the quality control of the manufacturer has some serious issues. I will gladly move this to a 4 star if I can get 11 more months out of it without an issues. I would recommend this but just beware.

The installation guys did a fine and quick job of setting up the Schwinn AD6 exercise bike. I generally have problems following product installation instructions, so they saved me a bunch of time and a fair amount of likely frustration! They also practiced good COVID safety protocols (masking, physical distancing). That said, the bike seat does wobble a bit, and I'll be contacting customer service to get help with what I trust will be fixable without having to have the installation guys return to my home.

Elliptical installation was very smooth, techs helpful and efficient and cleared away packing and mess without being asked. Machine does exactly what is needed without unnecessary frills and complications. It is bulkier than we expected, and is surprisingly tall and is also surprisingly noisy. After 4 weeks, so far so good.

The product is great! In spite of the screen malfunction within two weeks. However, the two guys that put it together did a C- job. Bolts where lose and one bolt was drilled in twisted. The lead guy told me that this was his FIRST TIME putting together this machine. Shame on him and the people that took my $199.00.

As usual, our installers/assemblers did a great job on our Proform Hybrid Trainer. We had originally thought we could do this work ourselves, but we were concerned about the outcome! So we went into Best Buy, were helped in a timely manner, and signed up for a service date very quickly. We were rather amazed at that! It was expensive, but it was worth it. After viewing their careful and methodical work, we realized we had made the right decision! As they progressed, my husband and I looked at each other and said, “good choice!” It performs beautifully and that’s what we wanted. They cleaned up, instructed us in the use of our gear, and left. Jaky wanted us to call her if we had any problems. But so far so good! Thx Best Buy Geek Squad!

Great piece of exercise equipment to have in your home. It provides a great workout and does not take up a lot of space. There is a built in tracker to help you keep up with your progress as well as several pre-set programs to get you started. The incline feature helps to add to the degree of difficulty.

The bike is excellent gives a good workout and is very quiet. Delivery and assembly were done very professionally. The one-star reduction is for Best Buy not notifying me that it would not be delivered on the originally scheduled date until I called for a status on the delivery.

Two guys came and assembled my elliptical. They were very friendly/professional and worked efficiently. However, when they finished, they simply snapped a picture and left. They did not try it out or have me try it out. When I tried it after they left, there was a terrible sound coming from it. I was able to pinpoint where the sound was coming from, and I ended up disassembling a part of booth handles and discovering that they didn't weave a wire through them properly (as the instructions dictated how to do). I was upset that I had spent all of that money and then still had to spend a couple hours on my own figuring it out and fixing it. Though in the long run, it still saved me a lot of time and energy not putting together the entire thing on my own.
