Question50 year old - no tech experience on how to use this product.I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and have been experiencing charger/cable issues from various manfrs. On your "Chat" a very helpful woman guided me to this product.due to the charger issues and seeking options that would be answers to my dilemmas. How does this work, meaning is it a charger type device bc my galaxy doesn't seem to want to hold a charge longer than a day and a half? Do I need a wall charger and cable to charge this device? What's the difference between a Powerstation XL External Battery Pack Charger, bc I may be interested in this vs the one here I'm asking questions about? Also, can you recommend a wall charger and cable for my device? No Insignia brand, as they've been nothing but problems. I'd like to purchase a good wall charger w cable, and a device such as these external battery packs, and time is an issue bc the insignias burn out too quick and a hassle to deal w insignia itself. My charger(s) wall units are unstable and my battery life is extended only by turning the phone off when not in use. (And btw, I do not leave my phone on my wall charger longer than when the battery is powered to 100%, other than maybe an hour or two here and there, so the chargers/cables burn out on me). Because i have less than 56% battery life left and no charger, time is of the essence and please, I truly need DEPENDABLE products in the wall charger/cable I need. I realize I have a lot of questions. I'm from the "pen and paper" generation, as well as disabled, therefore cannot get into a store for help. All I have is web advice and I am grateful for any guidance. May you all have beautiful every days. Thank you.

- Answer 1) Use only OEM Samsung Chargers,see their site for NOTE 4 accessories. 2) Skip the battery packs,they're typically inefficient & do not last long or provide the rated charging capacity. A better option would be to buy additional OEM NOTE4 batteries & spare battery charging kit from Samsung OR BEST BUY if available.

- Answer Mine started giving me troubles after 1.5 years. I purchased the charging kit an haven't been without a fully charged battery since. It also helped with my "bad" battery giving me trouble. Just keep in mind I marked my older one so not to mix up the two batteries. Hope this helps!
