A: Unfortunatelly this is considered a 'feature' by Ezviz. Whenever you are watching a camera that is not on your same LAN (so: via internet etc), the images pass via their servers. And to help us 'save bandwidth' they decided it's a good idea to force you to click on 'Continue' every 5 minutes (or the live feed just stops). No way to disable it, it's a 'feature' without any settings to deactivate this. Only real solution: another brand of camera
