You can google the this cam and see a review on Youtube. As for the conflicting spec listed on here. No, the cam does not move, it is stationary. You can adjust the cam to point where you need it when you install it. Now the app might let you move into an area in the pic itself, again the cam doesn't move. It says indoor on this listing in the specs, but also says it's waterproof and dust proof. But I wouldn't hold my breath, who knows??? And it's in the outdoor cams section here on BB. I've used Amcrest and still have some in use, but BB doesn't sale them, bummer. They are decent affordable turret cameras. But any PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom), is going to add cost. Also in the one review, they mention the POE (Power Over Ethernet) did not work. This cam does not have POE for any other people wondering.
