1. Ezviz DB1 comes with its own Philip screws 2. You need to download Ezviz App on your smart phone to setup and view you DB1 device. To view and monitor your Ezviz devices on PC's computers you need to download Ezviz PC studio software from our websites download center. 3. This device is DB1

There is a desktop app as weell as a mobile app for Google and Apple. My unit is "DB1" and mine is hardwired to my exisisting doorbell wires Not sure of the sizes of holes. Don't loose special tool for removing mounting screws. Overall it is good product that is secure as your home network.
