Very sensitive to doorbell transformer voltage, has to be above minimum stated in specs. Regularly drops WiFi connection, have to remove cover to reset and reconnect. Doesn't trigger house door chime, even with adapter. Spent hours on phone with customer support. Trigger sensitivity does not easily adjust to ignore traffic on street 60 feet away. Bought because video could be stored on SD card. That part does work, when it is still connected to WiFi.

Downloaded the app for my phone and computer. I can monitor my home from any location with a secure log in. Loud ring and alerts me when "visitors" pass by. Great value and meets my security needs for an extra layer of safety.

I already had EZVIZ security cameras installed, so the video doorbell was added to the app so I receive notifications for all in the same app. The doorbell works well detecting motion and alerts in the app. It also alerts when the doorbell button is pushed, but I haven't yet tried the functions to talk to the visitor through the system. One installation problem I ran into was the doorbell transformer. The doorbell inside chime didn't work initially. The older transformer was only 10VA, so I replaced it with a 30VA transformer (for $20) and everything worked as it should.

It's been good and does what it supposed to do. My chime was not working after installing, so I was afraid it might not work. However, after getting the app and connected to wifi, it worked. I wish the camera can be pan and tilt more as I can see the ceiling but not enough of the floor. I also wish the zone of detection can be shortened so car on street would not trigger. I hope EZVIZ shines light on it.

After trying for hours to connect via iPhone I finally gave it a shot via iPad and it just magically connected. Something to do with 2.4 vs 5 ghz.
