I am getting ready to buy one for my new house. There are a couple of different cycles that you can use. They have a fast cycle, a regular cycle and a heavy duty cycle. I generally have used the regular cycle on the ECO to save some time and energy. There is also a just rinse cycle. You cannot go wrong with one of these dishwashers. I am searching for one right now that fits into my budget since I need a refrigerator and also a new washer and dryer so I'm hoping I can get a good deal on a package deal from Best Buy.
