A:Answer I am not familiar with the Jawbone UP24; however, Alta HR does trace your sleep habits and will provide the minutes you were in rem sleep, restless, light sleep and deep sleep. It also can be set up to remind you when to go to sleep. You decide the amount of hours you want to sleep and it will help you obtain your goal. Very useful information. It will show your improvement and keep track of your sleep daily and compare weekly how you are doing. Great info!
