• The Fitbit Alta HR does not utilize GPS. The MobileRun feature can track a run however it will need to be started/stopped manually.

• No, it does not have GPS built in. It won't track your runs.

• It does not have GPS. However, when I went into the App, the App new where I was at. I haven't tried to use that tracking but I think it will track you but I bet it uses the phone's GPS, not the fitbit.
