The Blaze has 4 watch faces to choose from, both digital and analog watch looking. All display only the hour and minute. However the timer function would provide seconds if you needed that.

There is no second hand. There is a stopwatch/timer feature but they time out after 10 seconds.

No second hand at present. But I have seen that idea submitted on the Fitbit developer page. There are four watch faces to choose from now. Hopefully more features or watch faces can be added with firmware updates in the future.
