I had the same problem. I was told by fit bit it's because I am not charging it by my computer or having to many alarms and checking my steps to often. My new one I charge by the computer but it's hard for me to sit still for 2 to 3 hours while it charges... What's the point to that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine cane with low battery as well. In fact it said the battery was too low when I was trying to set up and sync my phone with it for the first time. I put it in the charger for maybe 20 mins, then that gave it enough juice to finish the set up process. There was a new firmware update that was trying to upload as it was charging and at first it kept failing because the charge was too low but then it completed while it was charging and the Fitbit started up normally. At first I thought there was something wrong with it too but if you just put it on the charger and leave your phone beside it so it can finish syncing and pairing and doing all it needs to do while it's charging, everything was fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Are you looking at the battery level from the app on your phone, because if so, that is a little in-accurate. My phone shows very low battery on the app, but yet it will ast anohter couple of days. hope that helps
