Yes, you can set the device to weights, when I do light weight as opposed to heavier weight I burn many more calories. It seems to be accurate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No the accuracy of this version of Fitbit is not accurate
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it has a setting specifically for wrights. Only vice is it takes a while to get use to wearing the band tight enough on your wrist to continuously track your heart rate. When your blood gets to flowing it tends to feel a little uncomfortable( if you don't usually wear watches during your workout )
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have found "no". It counts Calories based on hr over time. It doesn't figure METS or what individual muscle groups you work with. But I'm not sure how you could accurately measure and compare to give a definitive answer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will give you calories burned no matter what you do. However i do not how accurate it is for weight training. I personally use the samsung gear 2 with my samsung s health because the s health has an option for weight training which allows the watch to better track your results. The pre sets make for more accurate results. But yes the fitbit will work i just dont know how accurate it is for weight training.
