It may depend on the generation of your iTouch, If it has the newer version of Bluetooth it should work just fine. Try downloading the fitbit app first and selecting the blaze to sync with, it may tell you if it is compatible without having to buy.

I would say yes if it has Bluetooth and wifi. I hooked one up to a old phone for my son that has no service. Only uses as iPod. My guess is yes.
