- Answer Let me share with you that using a Fitbit tracker will not interfere in any way with your pacemaker. Fitbit has tested their products and they are very safe to use. What I recommend is to consult with your cardiologist, so he/she can also advise you in this matter.

- Answer You have to go into the app. Click the track exercise icon on the homepage, then click the stopwatch icon in the top right, then click track exercise. You can also go to the help section in the app.

- Answer It has a stopwatch and you can also set silent alarms that vibrate you wrist. I would assume you could set repetitive intervals to give you 5 minutes or 10 for where you want to be at a given time. There are multiple faces you may be able to do use.
