Geek Squad doesn't offer protection for ANY Fitbit device. Only warranty available is from the manufacturer for one year from defects.

I've had a couple Fitbit issues over the past 7 or 8 years. Customer service is great. They respond quickly to the online community and answer the phone right away. If there is a defect they are super quick to give you a replacement. Check out the online Fitbit community... you can see the types of issues people have and how quickly Fitbit responds, how they solve them. Not perfect but much easier than a lot of other companies.
