Is the lavender band fabric and not waterproof? null

Both are for me so far. It says it’s supposed to be. I’ll find out at what depth next month when I go snorkeling.

It appears to be. I shower with it and just hit it with a towel while drying off and just get dressed. It is not wet at all. Hope this helps.
