QuestionThe fitbit charger 6 charger dose not connect properly to keep its charge. I went and bought a second charger, same issue. This seems to be a con, for this product, will a more reliable charger be made, like the fitbit charger 4?

- Answer Hi, DrIrv. You might not be able to set up the Charge 6 with your phone. To set up and use Fitbit products and services, you must install the Fitbit app on a compatible device. For Android devices, it must have Android 9 or higher OS.
