- Answer Hi there. Unfortunately, there are no Fitbit watches that are able to provide blood pressure readings. However, most can detect your heart rhythm and heart rate. When you use the Fitbit ECG app, your heart rhythm data is analyzed for signs of AFib. QuestionAll of a sudden I am not able to sync my Charge 6 with m phone? The Bluetooth is on. I have turned my phone on and off, removed & reinstalled the Fitbit app, went to settings, checked my Weight Watcher app, says its connected but isn't? Help

- Answer Try plugging into your charger and hitting the button on the charging cable. It should be on the end that plugs into the electrical point. Hold the button down for about 5 seconds or so and you should get a fitbit logo. If that doesn't work, go to settings and scroll to restart device. Click on that, wait about 5 minutes and see if it syncs in your app. If not, contact fitbit on X/Twitter for more help.

- Answer Per a google search and some forum responses, it seems you are able to use Charge 5 accessories for the 6. People did report using their 5 bands for the 6.

QuestionI wore my Fitbit when I went for an MRI. I did not have it on but it was in the room and now it’s not working. What can I do?

- Answer An MRI is a giant magnet. Depending on the age of the machine, the field may have been strong enough to fry the device. (The older the device the larger the field. Although with those ones, there are clean rooms where you leave your devices so they don't get nuclear armageddoned into extinction.) If your Fitbit turns on, try the reset options. If not, you will need a new device, but try talking to a pro first. Just in case.

QuestionTrying to set up new Fitbit on my established Fitbit account, but I must move it to Google now. Google says I already have another Fitbit device on my google account, but I didn't think I did, and I can't access that account.
