• A:Answer Hi, Jo9999. You can only charge the Charge 6 using a charging cable. Charge time from 0-100% is two hours and the battery life can last up to 7 days. Battery life depends on features enabled, usage, environment and many other factors.

Q: QuestionIf this charge 6 fitbit burns my wrist can I get a refund through Best Buy or do I need to work with Fitbit? I had 3 fitbits in the past & only the charge 5 burned my wrist & had to be returned to fitbit. It took 6 Mos to get refund after many emails.

• A:Answer I would assume that if you are in the 14 day return period, you will can return via Best Buy Policies. (though opened items may have a fee to return, you have to check with best buy). Otherwise, you'd continue to have to work with Fitibit. If you've been burned by them in the past, you may have an allergic reaction to their materials and I would stay away from them.
