• A:Answer Yes you can. Just swipe down, tap settings, then display settings, and then tap the always on item. Once there you can turn the always on display off or on. The manual section on how to do this is added as a photo.

Q: QuestionIf this charge 6 fitbit burns my wrist can I get a refund through Best Buy or do I need to work with Fitbit? I had 3 fitbits in the past & only the charge 5 burned my wrist & had to be returned to fitbit. It took 6 Mos to get refund after many emails.

• A:Answer I would assume that if you are in the 14 day return period, you will can return via Best Buy Policies. (though opened items may have a fee to return, you have to check with best buy). Otherwise, you'd continue to have to work with Fitibit. If you've been burned by them in the past, you may have an allergic reaction to their materials and I would stay away from them.

• A:Answer No, it does not measure blood pressure. It does take other readings, though, and tells you your heart rate. I also use an Omron Blood Pressure Cuff. It syncs with the Samsung Health app, and then the Fitbit app easily connects to the health app, also providing one central place for me to track my levels.
