My wife wears the small/medium version of this and it fits great. It will also adjust down enough for my 8 Yreka old to wear it... Comes in both large and small/medium sizes.

Needless to say, I returned my unit because of dissatisfaction, so I do not still have the package to tell you the exact size. But the small fit my wife's wrist. I would estimate that typically the small fits women best and the large fits men best.
