Be careful that your Fitbit doesn't get too wet. It's not water "proof"... If submerged in water for an extended period of time, it'll ruin

I showered with it a few times and it needed to be replaced. The company quickly replaced it with no difficulty. You can log exercise by recording the starting time and duration. The calories burned (estimated) will be included in your daily log. You can modify the amount of calories in your 'activity' to what you think is appropriate.
