Yes. Your husband will need to go into the Fitbit app on his phone and remove the device. Then you can setup the Fitbit to your phone like it is brand new.

Yes you can! head on over to fitbit.com for instruction. I've done it before it's very easy.

I believe on his phone you will 'forget' the device in the fitbit app, then pair it to yours with the fitbit app and you are off to the races.

In the app go to account, then select your fitbit, then 'remove this device'.
