• I used mine in my pocket and found it to be pretty accurate! I also fastened it as tight as it would go on the front part of my shoe lace closest to my toes and it didn’t flop around on a walk. I can’t wear mine on my wrist!

• Yes it will keep track of your steps in your pocket. In fact if you are pushing a shopping cart it works better in your pocket. They also sell a clothing clip holder if you cannot wear jewelry on the job.
