• No, I haven't seen evidence that it can do that. It only tracks via the wrist, which isn't reliable for arrhythmias. Palpitations are felt by the person and won't be tracked by this device, either.

• No, I don't believe so. I've had my device for over a week and have pretty much checked out all of the functionality. I haven't run across anything like what you're describing.
