“I have a difficult time getting my fitbit ultra to attached to the charger. It shows the battery then when I take it off the charger it hasn't charged. Does this model have a more reliable charger? I wear my Fitbit 24/7.”

I believe battery problems and charging are just 1 of the many problems with this

Please try again later.i know 1 charge last 3 days. the gold dots on back of fit band has to fit gold dots on charger. i hear a click when connected. they have two bands one short one long. goes dark when wearing it but tap it once it lts up with time and steps counted goes under neath.
