“Does anyone know how I can have my mother's Luxe and my father's Charge on the same Fitbit app? I can not figure out how to have both devices on there.”

On the fitbit app in the upper left corner you will see a light round icon. Tap that icon and it will take you to account page you will able to add another fitbit to the fitbit app. So the Luxe and the Charge can be on the same app. You can set multiple devices
