Honestly it’s pretty accurate. If you research your resting metabolic rate and calorie burning you will find that’s quite average for the normal day. The Fitbit does not take into consideration of your calorie intake though and you have to track that through it. It’s not your exact end result but more a basis off your activity and heart rate changes.
