• Honestly yes, but for safety purposes I’d say without the voice command so this is perfect. Easy to use and navigate and you and her can track her activity to see if she’s getting enough. I would highly recommend it.

• The Fitbit comes with multiple size options. My wife’s wrists are petite and it fits snugly on hers based on the size she chose.
