Q: QuestionI have a galaxy s9plus and a versa. I cannot get it to connect in order to receive text and gmail notifications. Anyone else?

• A:Answer The versa can pick up wifi on its own, but you need the app to set it up. So without downloading the app, the versa won't work. Essentially you need data and internet.

• A:Answer You need the charging station (adapter) that comes with the Versa. The Versa has a series of three contacts on the bottom of it that must be aligned with the three contacts on the charging station. Then using a mini and a standard USB cable plug it into an USB source that has power available. This can be a computer, a car dashboard, a charging plug for an alternating current (AC) outlet, etc. Hopefully this helps!
