“Is it waterproof or water resistant?”

• It's water resistant up to a certain depth. It's made for swimming, bathing, showering, etc. You couldn't wear it if you were scuba diving or deep diving. Swimming is one of the exercises built into the watch and will track how many laps you swim, etc.

• You can shower, and wash dishes with them, but mine didn't survive after a few laps in my friends pool. I would advise not to wear underwater.
