• The bands change out just like other watches. The Versa has an extended tab on the strap that makes compressing the pin spring easy - no tools. It charges with a cradle that plugs into a USB socket and does it fairly fast. I'll often park it in the cradle while getting ready in the morning and it is fully charged. The three-to-four day charge is as good as my Peddle Time was . Ignore the post above that says it charges wirelessly. That answer is absolutely wrong.

• I bought a band on Amazon because it looks like a bracelet rather than a plain band. It took, maybe, 45 seconds on each side and it’s never come loose!

• Yes, you can. On the inside of the watch, there is a little lever type thing that you pull that unhooks the band with the watch and you can slide it out. I heard and saw it is hard to take out, though...
