No, and there is no on/off switch either. Plugged in is ON, unplugged is OFF. It reaches only one temperature, which is "warm" but not "hot", and then it self-regulates on and off to maintain that "warm but not hot" temperature from there. This will only happen if its being used as a base layer under you with other regular blankets over top to trap in all the heat.

No, it doesn't look like there is any way to change the heat. It simply plugs in and stays at whatever heat 12V warms up to and stays at that temp until you unplug it.
